Kia's children's competition has concluded in Uzbekistan, giving one participant a chance that millions dream of – to walk onto the pitch at the FIFA World Cup 2026™ with the official match ball.

Over several weeks, children from across the country shared their stories through short videos about their love of football, their dreams and their belief in themselves. Children aged 10 to 14 took part in the competition: some showed off their football skills, others their acting talent, while others simply spoke honestly about why football is more than a game to them.

Each entry was not just a video, but a personal story – about family support, the courage to express oneself and that special childhood conviction that the impossible is possible.

The winner was 11-year-old Djahangir Sadykov ( @djaha_ili_djoha ) from Nukus. His video scored the highest number of points and, in the jury's opinion, conveyed the spirit of the competition more powerfully than any other – sincere, vibrant and genuine.

The entries were judged by representatives of Kia Uzbekistan, Jaewoo Yim, President and CEO of Kia Russia and CIS, and Abdurakhmon Fazylov, chairman of the national football team's fan club. The focus was not only on creativity and quality of execution, but also on emotional expression, a connection to football and the child's independence.

The winner's name was announced on March 15 during a live broadcast on the @kia__uzbekistan Instagram page – a moment that marked the culmination of the competition for hundreds of participants and viewers following it.

Djahangir now has a trip to the USA ahead of him, where he will attend World Cup matches and walk onto the pitch in Houston on June 23, 2026 – no longer as a spectator, but as part of a global football event.

This competition is a reminder of something simple but important: big events begin with a small dream!
