On 13 February 2026, the annual Kia Dealer Conference 2026 took place in the conference hall of the InterContinental Tashkent hotel, bringing together the brand’s dealers from all regions of Uzbekistan, representatives of headquarters, international partners and the Kia Uzbekistan team.
The event reviewed the brand’s performance in 2025 and presented Kia’s key strategic priorities for 2026.
Kia demonstrated steady growth in Uzbekistan in 2025, strengthening its position in a number of key market segments. During the year, 25 538 Kia vehicles were sold in the country, representing growth of 32% compared with 2024. The brand remains one of the leaders in the local automotive market and continues to strengthen its presence in strategically important segments. Growth was driven by updates to the model range, a consistent marketing strategy, and the active development of the dealer network and service infrastructure.

During the formal part of the conference, participants discussed best practices in customer engagement, modern marketing tools and plans for the brand’s further development. Particular attention was paid to improving customer service quality, digitalising processes and strengthening the long-term partnership between the brand and its dealerships.

The conference also highlighted the brand’s involvement in the FIFA World Cup 2026™, which is an important part of Kia’s international brand strategy and will be accompanied by large-scale communications and marketing activities in global and local markets, including Uzbekistan.

A separate session presented Kia’s strategy for expanding its model range in 2026, aimed at further strengthening the brand’s position in key segments of Uzbekistan’s automotive market. The presentation also announced the launch of Kia’s second CKD model for the Uzbek market.

“The results for 2025 confirm the resilience and effectiveness of Kia’s development strategy in Uzbekistan. These achievements are the result of the coordinated work of our team and dealers, and the trust of our customers. In 2026, we will focus on further developing the dealer network, improving service standards and offering the market modern, competitive vehicles,” said Georgiy Shoniya, Kia Brand Director in Uzbekistan.

The conference also featured an awards ceremony honouring Kia’s best dealerships based on their performance in 2025. Awards went to dealers that demonstrated strong results in sales, customer service, marketing activities and growth. The Kia Kibray dealership won the “Dealer of the Year” award. As a prize, the dealer was presented with a Kia K5 in Premium trim.

Kia Dealer Conference 2026 reaffirmed the brand’s commitment to long-term development in Uzbekistan, open dialogue with partners and the creation of a sustainable dealer ecosystem.
